Dear colleagues and biodiversity enthusiasts,
We cordially invite you to the 7th ABOL meeting on December 5th, 2020, which will take place after the 3rd Austrian Forum on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (December 4th, 2020). The combined event entitled DAYS OF BIODIVERSITY will be held ONLINE.
Registration for the whole event and the submission of abstracts for talks or flashtalks for the ABOL meeting on the subject of DNA barcoding and its application in practice is now possible (see section Registration!).
We look forward to interesting contributions, lively exchanges and exciting discussions!

Registration
The registration for the whole event is still open! The registration process comprises separate steps for various sessions, however sessions can also be booked later on in the agenda.
The submission of abstracts for talks (20 min + 10 min discussion) and flashtalks (5 min + 3 min discussion; no poster presentations this year!) for the ABOL meeting is open until 15thof November .

Submission of talks & flashtalks
For talks and flashtalks for the ABOL meeting please submit your abstract by November 15, 2020.
For talks 20 minutes + 10 minutes of discussion, for flashtalks 5 minutes + 3 minutes discussion are available
The conference language for the ABOL meeting is English.
Format specifications for abstracts:
Language: English
Scope: max. 300 words
The abstracts submitted will be put online here on the conference website.
Extended abstracts can be published later on in “Acta ZooBot Austria” at the request of the authors:
Volume: about 5 pages (1.5 lines, Times Roman 12 pt,) – about 15,000 characters per article; specification of keywords; indication of the addresses and email addresses of all authors.
Language: English AND German
